My take on racing today:
Race1 - Match race between Fire Burning and Lola Bud
Race2 - The comments about Liam in the post race interview after his last win were very encouraging. He is the horse to beat, but there is money for Big Bird. I expect big improvement from Star Status.
Race3 - Looks to be between Front Cover and Look after Me
Race4 - Real Tabasco beat Satin Silver in theit penultimate start and i don't see why he can't beat Satin Silver again. The danger is Frigid. I really fancy the places on Real Tabasco at about 9/10
Race5 - Mystic Moon is top class, but 3yr old carrying top wight....i will rather tread weary here. I like to add Blake, Spitfire Run (also excellent comments last time), Bluemambo coming back to best, Louisiana Dandy with the no.1 draw and West Island (although held by Bluemambo, he stumbled last time and cost himself some ground)
Race6 - I am putting in as much horses as i can afford here. Tentative choices are Fresh Chestnut and Captain's Catch
Race7 - Silver Apples ran a great race last time and could follow up here. The 2 at the bottom of the weights are the dangers. Mombasa won well last time and Respectable Lady with the no.1 draw must go into play
Race8 - Kwitizina flew last time to beat Part Des Anges and the form is now franked with Part Des Anges winning easily last time out. Bello Nero has a chance from that good draw and i am including Penthouse as well, cos Noach is having a great run with the Kannemeyer horses and he just failed last time to catch the winner.
Play well and hope this helps in some way.
