Just won a seller at the age of 10 for R15 000,first win for 7 years

Won like a good thing... but what a story from ARC to Sellers...:

A horse called Hindu Kush won a mickey mouse race with a stake of about 1500 pounds at Southwell a few days ago, his first win since he won a Listed race in Ireland in May 2009. He finished fourth behind Conduit in the St Leger of 2008, when trained at Ballydoyle.

BTW, Hindu Kush also contested the Irish Derby of that year and finished 26 lengths behind the one and only (drum roll and rapturous applause please) FROZEN FIRE. Okay, so he wasn't even born when Acropolis last won a race, but he is another pretty good example of a horse whose career nosedived so badly that you can barely believe it's the same horse. But then again, look at Frozen Fire......<
