Why does R.A. NOT re-imburse us when racing is abandoned ?
14 years 2 months ago
can anyone give me a GOOD explanation why the R.A. does NOT RE-IMBURSE US when a race meeting or races are abandoned ? we pay nominations to get INTO a race. SOMETHING NEW NOW...... we pay ACCEPTANCE FEE TO STAY IN A RACE NOW.
Why are we NOT refunded when racing doesn't go ahead ? Don't tell me that these races are scheduled at a later date........... cause at a later date WE PAY AGAIN NOMINATION FEES & ACCEPTANCE FEES.
Does this not sound like our local municipalities charges us for REFUSE REMOVAL WHEN THEY DON'T DO IT FOR A MONTH...... Will they refund us ? you got more chance of winning the Lotto.
So why do they charge us for SERVICES NOT RENDERED ?............................... cause they can & they are bullies.
what is the R.A. doing for you ? Apart from fleecing you.
