Seems like you can NEVER back a Hannon horse at Ascot

I have said it before, their string is not really firing at the moment. Had 1 or 2 winners but nothing like last year!

First timer been claimed from 50/1 into 10/1 at Kempton tonight,Cala Santanyi

Interesting day at Ascot today but glad to be a spectator only......the results turned the handicapping on it's head in almost every race and the the only handicap race was won by a 20/1 shot.
I reckon the big UK punters took a bath today!

(Would someone explain how the racing seasons work in the UK.......Almost every day since the start of the FLAT season,there have been more JUMP meetings scheduled than flat???????.....t'morrow for example and the other day there were 3 flat meetings and 6 over jumps! )

The jump season finished on Saturday Rob,the Summer season started on Sunday,hate summer jumps,horses should not be jumping on brick hard ground.
