I picked up a 10K jackpot on a R12.00 bet 2 Decembers ago - Love this centre and the race knowledge the on course presenters have.

On that day they were talking up a fairly long shot number was 7- I bankered 7 in leg 1
One of the other legs had a huge outsider 50/1 Pacino - Al Pacino - Al Caponee - Bankered this horse in this leg
Cannot remember what I did in the other leg
Last leg had a few in and I was running on a 10% bet - a horse was scratched in the last and I had the fav in . The fav romped home and I doubled up

One of those very special race days with absolutely no science to the selection - perhaps go with this approach Loops

This game is a killer - Golf is out - wife is at work, baby at home, so I get to be Mommy daddy on Mothers day - At least we have Borrowdale but it looks as though the pick 6 may pay R2.00 with a lot of hot favs running

Volpista for SA in the next at Singapore??????????

Hi Dave

Good morning Loopy, please find extract from a mail from our good friend Debbie

Life in Singapore is great although really busy with the final run up to the Singapore Airlines International Cup and the KrisFlyer International Sprint on 22 May. We are so sorry that JJ won't be here but it's all 'Rocket Man' in Singapore and we will be shouting him as I am sure will everyone in South Africa. Afterall he is South African owned, trained (except stabled here) and ridden (Felix is coming over to ride him). Mike de Kock has River Jetez (Bernard Fayd' Herbe) and Herman Brown Gitano Hernando (Glyn Schofield) so a huge South African influence.

It should be a great day's racing.

I notice on the website the someone called "Loopy Logic" was racing in Singapore this weekend and seemed at little at sea as to what goes on here. As I don't post on the website but always read it, you would always be welcome to suggest they contact me and I can assist wherever possible (Debra_hawkins@turfclub.com.sg). We have visitors all the time and would love to have some South Africans to show around.
