Good morning to the Clan and hope you are ready to cast your vote? We have yet another holiday on Wed.

I have not seen any betting but guess the ANC are money on.

We have had some interesting racing this last week and possibly a few pointers.

Latest news is that Black Caviar wins again 13 from 13.

The new fav for the Investec Epsom Derby is Carlton House 2/1 after a great run in the Dante.Race Replay

Lockinge stakes was won by Canford Hills (as expected) but keep an eye on Worthadd.Race Replay

Plus we might have a dream clash with Canford Hills, Frankel and Goldikova at Glorious Goodwood where the Sussex stakes a possibility?

The Oaks where Blue Bunting is still 5/2 fav and Wonder of Wonders has come into 4/1, St Nicholas Abbey has gone 2/1 for the Coronation Cup on the same day.

Animal Kingdom is 7/4 for the Preakness.

Wootton Bassett runs in France

Its also the 1000 and 2000 gns from France today where Wootton Bassett goes for a 6 timer and in the fillies race Golden Lilac will also be trying to keep her unbeaten tag when she goes for a 4 timer.

As normal some great posts on the site and on the subject of Friday the 13th we had

So nothing unlucky for ABC

Fergie celebrates United`s record breaking 19th league title

Well done to Manchester United for winning the EPL, have to admit Sir Alex is a star, might be a bit harder to beat Barcelona 6/10.

Great win for Manchester City to lift the FA Cup and would guess Manchester would be the place to be this weekend.

Looks like the honours will be shared in Scotland with Celtic lifting the Cup and Rangers taking the league

I see Scotty has gone 5/10 for idols and 4/1 Lauren and Haley as we enter the last 3.

Went to another superb restuarant in Pretoria "LM in the East", give it a try just off the Lynwood Road.

I got a comedy series from the UK called Mrs Brown's boys and its hilarious, here is a snippet

Gas Price in France ...

A thief in Paris planned to steal some Paintings from the Louvre.

After careful planning, he got past security, stole the paintings, and made it safely to his van.

However, he was captured only two blocks away when his van ran out of gas.

When asked how he could mastermind such a crime and then make such an obvious error, he replied, ‘Monsieur that is the reason I stole the paintings.'

You forgot the Ngong meeting today .... Unfortunately this takes preference to the French meeting which we will not be getting in South Africa .... Surely Tellytrack could of made a plan here?

CANFORD CLIFFS and Goldikova are inseparable at 5-6 apiece in match betting for their hotly anticipated clash, likely to take place in next month's Queen Anne Stakes at Royal Ascot.

Coral could not come down on either side following Canford Cliffs' convincing reappearance in Saturday's JLT Lockinge.

However, the bookmakers firmly believe Frankel will defeat his older rival if and when the two finally meet - possibly in the Sussex Stakes at Glorious Goodwood - and make the Qipco 2,000 Guineas winner just 1-3 to win the match.

"We can't split Canford Cliffs and Goldikova ahead of their potential meeting at Royal Ascot, but following his extraordinary 2,000 Guineas win, we would very much favour the year-younger Frankel to come out on top should he meet Canford Cliffs," said Coral spokesman David Stevens.

Watched another Mrs Brown, where Granddad goes to hospital with the thermometer up his rear, they phone Mrs B and she asks to speak to Granddad and says "the form you signed for Liver, kidneys etc was not the breakfast menu, it was for organ donation "....................lol
