A thought for the day - Its just not fair!

Every now and then we have a wake up call and have to look introspectively. We as punters often feel that we are being done in by an invisible force of some kind, we are beaten on the line by another horse and we feel "its just not fair":

Let me put some perspective on this and then ask you to make the same statement to yourself "Its just not fair!"

In the past few years my younger sister has watched our mother die. This was followed by watching our father die. Both in a very literal sense - disease related. She walked into her home and found her husband hanging in her bedroom a year and half ago - he left her with 3 kids. Yesterday her eldest daughter pulled her 2 year old son out of the swimming pool - he drowned. Should a 30 year old have this many death experiences and be expected to carry on?

Now do me a favour say it again - "Its just not fair!"
