What is Wrong with Laff's and the KZN presenters???:X

Every year it seems that our local guys Paul Lafferty and Dees Dayanand have to take a back seat on JULY DAY to make way for the JHB entourage of presenters who come to steal the show where our guys are meant to host teh intereviews, they do all the donkey from the begining of the season and on a big day LAFF does the first 3 or so races and the balance G1 etc goes to the JHB presenters and Dees bats in the parade ring interviewing owners etc.What kak is this!!

Have the KZN guys ever been called to do post race interview for CHAMPIONS DAY and THE SUMMER CUP up here in JHB??????? NOT that i can remember.

Molly and Gang get used to it P will not and never ever market,promote and host a race day the way GC does the JULY and its about time that TELLYCRAP leave its presenters to focus on their respective provinces when it comes to big race days.

A last point what the hell happened to the JULY preview on USO, no interviews done like he previous years?????

Yeah and TT have got the nerve to air their new advert proclaiming how great they are. No interviews or nothing to help us...

I agree with you Rolands Song, even if your comments are going to upset some people on this forum. Those are the facts and it must be stated.

Andrew Bon - Where does he suddenly appear from. When last did he take an interest in KZN racing. Rouvon Smith - stick with MET in the Cape.

Gold Circle will always be TOPS. I for one am happy that GC wants to go it alone. Maybe then we will see the stakes go up and maybe bonuses in stakes for winners of "genuine" KZN trainers.

i agree but on the other hand while paul laff might be a good presenter his tipping stinks.he only selects the first 3 in the betting.no use to us .
molly ,dees, neil pret dig owners/trainers for info and that is wat the public wants.he recently said on tt that he never proclaimed to be a good
tipster.in that case stick to training and give some one else a job .

I agree with you 100%. Laff should concentrate on training.
IMO Laff is the worst presenter. Tellytrack should look for a better presenter.

Most of your guys are correct about Laffs tipping and neither is he the best presenter in a "studio" environment. That does not mean that he is not knowledgable.

The original question seems to be unanswered and I feel that this has now become a provincial thing, similar to how our racing industry might end up in a short while.

All Roland is saying, is that the JULY is a KZN event and therefore our KZN presenters should and must have some say in the main event. It is unfair that only presenters from other provinces are stealing the thunder. Our KZN presenters are never invited to do previews on track in the other provinces.

I guess the answer to the above should come from Teletrack.
Oh! Roland - there was no preview of the July on USO because the July was not deemed to be more important than the Champions Day.
