where's the 22.5% for black empowerment in Raceco & the emphasis on black people?
and the 30% for Racing Trust to retain its control?
and the attendances?
(Last week, after quite some years, I happened to visit the Turffontein track to deliver a muti to a trainer. I was shocked by the paucity of of the crowd!)
blah! blah! blah! who cares any longer?
soon, those who have been trying will opt out or be gone!
anyone close to Juju, wisen him up and place arseracing for nationalisation first!
