Alberton CDB consists of two large shopping centres. Council Building, Post Office. Office blocks, Flats and a couple of well known hotels.

Two massive regional hospital. One has the biggest ICU in Southern Africa.

And our racing team sold a piece of ground nearly the same in size for 20 mill.

The mind boggles.
