Hollywood InRunning

Any idea who to address at Hollywood and is it worth complaining to them?
They advertised In Running on a match but there was no In Running Betting on the match at all.
I structured my bets accordingly to use the In Running to my advantage as a cover.
But to no avail.
I would request a refund.
Any advice please.

is it only me but i have been unhappy about to many things lately iro hollywoods service..
i use the mobile application and for months its been giving me numerous problems...
but my irritation level hit a high a few weeks back when they took more 30 minutes to make the Boks / AB match go all clear...then the following week they took hours for some the saterday results to go all clear...i called they said too many results to load...

What version of the mobile application are you using. Mines working fine. (Version 3.3.0 is the latest). If you got a Blackberry on Vodacom then that might be the problem.
Some sports were numerous exotic bets can be taken for eg. first try scorer, it takes longer to payout cos of capturing the various exotic payouts.
Cant give you an answer for your last point lol.

Spoke to a gentleman at Holly
Normaly no probs with you Guys
On the net or at any of your 4 CTown braches.
The match spesific were Lavente/Real.
Error from my side for not making double sure of the correct details as I understood.
For clarity I structure 6 bets towards that game only realising no InBetting when I wanted to adjust.
Suppose not your error but stil it cost me.
Will be getting the weekly schedule from Holly to clear out any misund standings.
Stil believe your service is excellent and commended.

i dont want to go on about this...i took a multiple this weekend with the final leg being swallows/cosmos match

the match ended at 16:45...as of 18:45 the bet was still not clear...surely this is not acceptable...

could someone from hollywood please explain this to me...i called at 18:30 and nobody could supply reasons for this...

I went to boksburg they had a horse quoted @ 9/2 i called my bet to the operator 5000/1100 he absolutely refused to lay the bet saying he could not stretch it .i try to explain to him that when i phone in for the same bet i get it . no no no he said i said phone any bookie ...eventually i just kee et my mouth shut !
