R3: Be Speedy - has beaten most of these before
R5: Star Rating - personally I think he is nice value today - gets a tongue tie and if he jumps on terms will prove hard to catch imo
R6: Empire Ruler - probably better back on the turf, King's Fantasy - has run against much stronger and comes down from an 80 to a 69
R9: City of Bells - worth another chance after a terrible ride last time; Carelli has Mansour up today and should feature; Beat the Odds nearly beat Commissioner Street a few runs back and should prove hard to beat if repeating that effort
