Under the "race figure" system a better horse could win 4 or 5 races before reaching a rating that can now be allocated.relatively, after a maiden win.

Jet Master has produced multiple horses that have been rated amongst the best in the entire world - JJ, Pocket Power, Mythical Flight.
His strike rate of producing top class horses is extremely good by any standards. This applies to Western Winter and Fort Wood as well.
