some horses run well after a rest.i always check the last time the horse came back from a rest, how it had performed.

UD i love the fact that u a VALUE seeker!i also make sure that ive got a decent 10/1 every day!finding them is not that difficult...i USE FAVOURITES TO FIND VALUE...ESPECIALLY WHEN A HORSE IS EVEN MONEY!

be wary of jockey strikes on false favs - often a horse will be two or three points shorter because a top rider(striker the obvious one) is engaged - if the form is not there don't expect the rider to perform miracles as the bookies see you coming a mile off and rely on this to suck you in. riders can improve horses but even a top chef will battle with stale ingredients!

Another way i find VALUE is with ANTON MARCUS.he is a Great studier of form...when picking his rides himself when nt for JOOSTE he normally would be 3-5/1...
