Is that site down?

Not again ? Have never used but plenty problems it would appear, the biggest threat from the open bet must be the local operators of tabonline IMO

Thats where I take my exotics Dave, but you nailed it on the head, more problems on that kuk site than any bookmaker site I use...

Also do my exotic bets there. E-mailed customer care at Phumelela as well as the tabonline one this morning and still no reply.

Cellphone, customer care: .. Phumelela don't know what that is...:X


So frustrating, one of our bigger racing days on the Highveld and these okes have a problem.... I hate doing it but I guess I will have to phone my bets in....<

Dopey Dup should stop wasting time asking for protection from Govt and rather appeal to a higher power for some management skills!
We keep hearing about the fault being with the service provider......no public company should outsource any key operational area without a performance contract, and if the person who arranged the agreement did not do so,they deserve to be dismissed.If the performance contract is in place,hold the service provider in breach and move on.....It is a useless site so could be replaced and improved in a flash and a blur!
