I relate Chelsea to the SA cricket team. Its run by three players and not the manager just as the SA cricket team have been prior to Kirsten becomming the coach

Villas Boas is a Top Class Manager imo, He just needs to bring in his own players, Cole, Terry, Ivanovic, Drogba,Lampard and Malouda are all past their sell by date.
In fairness though, they should have had the game sewn up in the second half, Luis should have buried that header and Malouda almost put the ball out for a throw in from 6 yards out, cannot blame the Manager for those misses:(

unfortunately the physic in the Premier League is blame shifting. Its in the make up of the British culture. Always take the plaudits but when you lose shift the blame onto somebody else and let them take the flake. As you say Terry is washed up.
