We run the risk of becoming hellopeter.com of racing. hellopeter.com was best thing that could happen for consumers in SA. In most corporate companies and franchisors, there are people who monitor hellopeter and respond to complaints. These corporate' companies and franchisors understand the value of good customer service and the complaints that come along too. They build there brand and reputation by acting on complaints and rectifying poor service delivery. This site is obviously more than a hellopeter, but by the same token the operators should embrace some of the criticism instead of dismissing it outright at every opportunity.

You are probably feeling a little bit blind about your post and probably have a sick feeling in your gut because in hindsight you feel that you may have overreacted and should not have posted. This on the back of Mr M's apology. What is done is done and I am sure that whatever gnawing feeling you have in your gut right now would not have replaced the anger on the day. At the time of writing you meant what you said so don't forget the reason why you posted and don't stop posting on ABC. Everyone will get over it and ABC life will carry on. Trust me I write from experience on a recent OUTburst. Whatever has happened though does not change my view on certain things. Don't sacrifice your principles for the sake of swimming with the rest of the fish.

.no matter, he imo is over rated and over stated, what is clear, is while he show boats on TT, the service levels continue to drop
most especially on the Summer Cup day. The only down side on the day was the number of tote operators that could not cope, as reported on various sites and by Paul Lafferty,which I believe is Vee's direct resposibility. Then to add insult to injury he gets personally involved with trying to rearrange pre-booked reservations. Please man, this clown could not organise a pissup in a brewery and agree with the heading of this topic.-A real piece of work!!!!

What are the company values and how does the company speak to its public?. Surely staff are guided by the corporate value system or does this particular corporate operate individual cowboys?

I have never seen anybody in racing to who the tag FIGJAM was more appropriate!
