I could do without presenters asking questions from the "manual of silly questions" so I would be happy to have none but Greg has a point .....either broadcast interviews in their entirety,or not at all.
Listening to half an interview is like paying an escort for a hug!

ffs its a group 2 race won by the darling of the turf not a maiden qualified plate for workriders...surely they should know that people would like to see the lead in and interviews ..they simply have got fcukall idea tellycrap...in fact its got so bad that i hardly go down to my local tab anymore because the presenters carry on like they get paid per word and most times they are talking shit or they talk over the commentator doing the canter past while im trying to decipher which horse it is because its shown on quarter of the screen...mediocrity continues

That bunch of imcompetent tossers have done it again ,cecil to his credit said that all race interviews will be shown during the race replays,no surprise tellycrap showed the replays and did not show the de kock ,delpech interview,a more useless media team cannot be found anywhere, we need RACING ppl controlling racing not has been could have been cricketers

These posts are futile, tellycrap will continue

On a tangent(did not want to open a seperate thread) it was good to hear that Shaneen Shaw got a nice incentive for his studio commentating on Island racing and actually got to go to the Island this weekend.

What I do not undertand is why was Clyde Basel there too. Who pays for these trips, the sponsors or cash strapped operators that cry that it is not in their respective budgets to sort out numerous technical issues while the cash burn on staff incentives goes on unabated.

Did you guys hear Stan Elly's interview with Justin Snaith after the first? He has the fav in the next race first baby race and he doesnt even bother to ask him WTF? can he not ask how do you feel the baby will run it is evens fav and rockets coming for the horse. Surely the presenters job is to ask this type of intelligent question? Really shocking IMO. We are not really interested in the other 30 babies back at the yard when there is one running in 30min time and it doesnt even get a mention? Come on Stan do your homework
