Greg, there is a lot of cloud around at the moment, MAAR, die Kaapse weer is so flippin deurmekaar, dis nie snaaks nie. 13h00 vanmiddag het die Suid-ooster 'n hond uit 'n bos gewaai, then it just switch over to Norh west. I think or hope, that ' die dinge deur die nag gaan swaai, maar 'Im convinced that the going is going to be goodish to soft"

I'm about 2kms from the course.It poured earlier for about 3 hours,but @ best it has softened the track slightly on top.Looks fine @ this stage.

Very strong northbwest tail wind tomorrow.....only a few millimeters of rain forecast so sure we will race.

Nice, i'm adding Annie Be Quick

I think hotline will be the first to admit that Annie might be better over 1000m?? She must have a chance in this plated race as she is the highest rated filly, but it will be hard to win this imo.

For me the two best bets on the card is....

Captain Cashmere
Pacatuba

I alway's believed that if you run from behind over1000m at KEN,1200 should not be too hard,and having beaten Lake Drawsko by 3lenghts in wet con.I think she,a steal at5/1 specially as it started raining again, I'll have a solid punt on her and take the double with Pacatuba.3/1 The more I think about it, the more I like it

For the most part she shows good pace over 1000m, she never races off the pace. The Kenilworth 1200m is one of the toughest in the country. You have to stay 1400m well imo to run well over the 6 furlongs. This is only my opinion, what do I know really

There is a bit of light drizzle about this morning.The going should be perfect for horses.
