Every public holiday just costs the trainer double wages for the day and only half the staff work that afternoon. 99% of trainers dont pass this cost on.Will cost me an extra R5000+ this month.

Madness all leave in our company finalized months ago now on the day we are closing have to reshuffle. Govenment wake up a little earlier please surely you don't have to wait until you page over to December to realise Christmas is on a Sunday.
