Why still no False Rail at Kenilworth???

Evening

As a racing fan , in particular Cape racing I am shocked that a False Rail has not yet been implemented on the outside rail at the 400m mark after entering the straight at Kenilworth. Surely the authorities can see that when the jockeys opt to go to the outside , racing becomes very unfair imo.The fact that this has been happening continuously over the last few meetings in the Cape and generally this seems to be the trend at this time of the year ,should be sending off Alarm Bells to the Racing Management somewhere? Are we watching the same racing here or not?

Clearly all racing fans can see that if you are not racing handy at the moment as you enter the straight , your chances of winning as a: jockey , trainer , owner and punter decrease dramatically as there is absolutely no space to be able to come from off the pace. I can understand if this is a once off scenario but this unacceptable for me by those that control the racing. Having a False Rail will open up the field and allow for a even chance for all runners.

who is to blame , is nobody talking to each other: jocks, trainers stipes, course manager?

It's the season in the cape at the moment will all focus on the cape racing and the form lines to follow building up to the big races both Locally and Internationally. This issue in my view throws a real damper on the Cape Summer Sizzling Season. A few horses today were very unlucky in my book due to a lack of a false rail.

Come on Guys , Let's make racing Fair ! I am also keen to hear thoughts on why you think the jockeys are doing this ? The going is fair across the course , is it the wind factor?

Cheers

Brent as you know i was in that position for 10 years!!!
Our job is to give safe/fair racing surface to all jockeys/horses concerned on the day!!
The racing surface gets cut up after every meeting and therefor the F/Rail gets moved out.
Every meeting might be different as to allow the grass to recover after each meeting!!
Beleive me at this time off year there is no difference in going!!! Wind maybe a factor???
The jocks do it to themselves how else do you give a horse a miss??? Sorry BAULKED!!!!
If your horse is good enough it will win anywhere unless the going is WET!!!
Then it differs a hell of a lot but that is in the hands of GOD!!
The jocks r to blame not the course!!!

How's it Johnny
Surely you agree though that by adding the False Rail as they are currently racing will open the field up more and allow for horses to find space and come from off the pace?

Where are you these days?

Stuffing all your cash into your mattress and then setting fire to it is only marginally quicker.>:D<

Although in fairness some are much better judges than others. Some trainers and jockeys live in a fantasy world, I suspect.:D

Hope you were watching cape racing 2/1/2012
The F/Rail around the turn was the same as the previous meeting!!
The horses came into the straight and the best horse won anywhere.
No excuses for outside rail only if the jocks are up to tricks and they dont want to Wiiinnnnnn??????
Where are the policeman of racing???
All brothers of Stevie Wonder????
Study your Replays and you will find them!!!

I have not posted anything on here for the past 3 years or thereabouts, but since I read the forum everyday, I thought I would start contributing again.
The reason I chose this thread as the first one is because this problem was prevalent again yesterday.
Are you guys of the opinion that if there was an outside false rail yesterday, Captain's Secret might have challenged Cap Alright ? (definitely a close second in my opinion, at the very least)

I'm not implying anything sinister at all. For me, it's a "luck in running" issue completely yesterday. Nowhere to go, and flying for 4th.
