Horseracing is the "least" best way to make money on betfair. Especially the SA markets as they are weak. Betfair as a betting platform has no peers, it is far superior to anything out there and takes gambling/punting/trading to new heights. Enjoy the ride, stick R5k in and be prepared to write it off (school fees) and then you will never look back.

ALWAYS read the market rules, sometimes you think you are ahead of the game but the fineprint tell you different.

let me put it into context of hitting and hoping.

Betfair are indiscussion with the americans to become legal there. If they do i am moving to the states with my family for 1 year.

I reckon in that year i can nett well over £1mil just with the "hitting and hoping " players that are going to flood the market.

If you are a long time winner with betfair say over the last 10 years there is a good change they will now be charging you 50% commission

Incaseyou missed what harris posted,the in running market was made void and no one will be paid..

Actually it's worse, and it is of total profits now. I wonder what they do with the loot?

how do betfair take 50% of the profits, it is possible? i dont like these guys from what i read they take lots but put in little even less than the bookies

I have a place in Celebration,near Orlando..Fu$king town was built by Walt Disney,hence the stupid name.
Having experienced americans for years,i find the majority of them are as dumb as can be.
They are very insular,shit sense of humour and extremely gullible.
Google Celebration,Florida..shit name but very nice area...
