How come SA was not invited to the Jockey challenge?

With the performance of SAF in Dubai over the last 10 years you would have thought there would be some interest in SAF being involved in the Jockeys challenge yesterday and today?

Fair comment, although in recent seasons the bulk of SA trainers' best results in Dubai have come with non-SA jockeys.

be serious sheza our jocks are not in the same class as dettori,soumillon,fallon,buick,barzelona etc etc.to u they may look world class wen they riding amongst themselves here in sunny sa, but they will look ordinary wen getting avg mounts against the worlds best riders.

Dont agree Marcus/Delpech/Strydom could hold their own anywhere

only jocks who won major races like arc,english derby,english guineas etc were invited.races like summer cup,july or met doesnt qualify.lol

I just thought that with the success of MDK saf jocks would have been considered,plus im sure there was 3 SA winning riders in Dubai last year

only 3 dubai races taken into acc,the world cup and the two 5mill dollar races.no sa riders won those races,but maybe they get rides this year and if they win they will get invite next year.
