you have got to admire this young mans quest to try and win the jockeys title...after 6 mths of the season he would have ridden almost 850 horses ...the worst thing that could have happened to his title ambitions is that a 250k prize was dangled so if delpech or marcus find themselves in range again with a few mths to go he wont have a chance to win..keep going muzi you show yr fellow young jocks up when it comes to your drive and motivation ....

Is Muzi OK after last night's fall? I really hope so

he is 100% ..a bit sore but nothing broken and did not suffer concussion so will be able to ride as carded...the sad thing is that we lost a very very nice horse, the dark side of racing

what happened? did the horse die?

Horse had a heart attack in the race and died.

Very glad Muzi is fine...........Very sad about the horse..........i actually thought before the race he would give the favourite a good fright.

That horse that won that race looks WAY above average

Glad to hear he's ok. It was really frightening to see

Wonder if the horse got a little shock at the gates.

...rather safe than sorry...small black type is a tough tyke....looked like a slow motion movie that suddenly sped up....he did his best to try and not bring down the whole field behind him....but it's not easy to pull a dying horse out of a bend....I wish him well
and condolences to the connections of Jack Hobbs...

Heard from a handler who tried helping the horse up that it was a broken shoulder...
