Anthony Delpech gave Las Ramblas a good enough ride.....She couldn't win today under these weight conditions then he may as well look at retiring her. She is too high in the MR and will find it exceedingly difficult to win again.

Same as Legal Account really, I feel.

Also doesn't help that the two trainers are struggling (I'm trying to be nice here) at best

I guess thats what I get for thinking an appie could run a place on a 14/1 shot??!?!?!??! Mohapi hit the horse 1 time down the neck and what's worse only started riding the horse with 150m left to run????

I know what happened here. Pat told him to sit as long as he could and then let him go.......I think if you gave him a chance he would still be sitting dead still come past the line
