Winning Ways with Mr Gibson

hats off to James G last night he really took it to Mr Gibson and asked relevant questions...i loved his ''let's be honest its been one cock up after another..'' regarding exports.

But then how come in last weeks WW (mentioned in another thread) the mistakes made by gold circle (clairwood, stalls etc) were not even mentioned..

I am sure that could also be called one cock up after another.

Strange..wish transparency was applicable to everything..

I must admit that it took me a while to understand what that interview was about but it soon became clear that Gibson was not there to update the situation at all ,but to be interrogated and shat on by James.
I get the impression that Goodman believes Gibson's motives are self serving as opposed to having the industry's best interests at heart

What was the massive cock up with Ferraris s horse called Fearless (was touted as a champion a few years ago) and Fred Crabbia s horses that gibson refused to comment on ?

think Fearless was supposed to be in HK long before he actually arrived due to some problem..i stand to be corrected though..not sure about the Crabbia matter

What they should have done is had Mr Hawkins on to discuss Clairwood and the Stalls last week..instead of hiding behind press releases

I know he has detractors, but for my money Graeme Hawkins has balls & stands up and takes it on the chin.......In my opinion he does not shy away from issues and I also would have liked to see him on the show!

Pat Shaw went to Singapore and was supposed to have been set up with a big string of SA horses bought by Mr Crabbia, he got there only to find out a mountain of red tape on SA horses and he would have waited many more months to get a single SA horse there. Mr Crabbia being a man on means went on a quick shopping spree in Argentina and got a dozen there instead. In that 1st lot they had 2 hot Lode's...... Bliss Bless was one of them and the rest is history....:S
