Ok see what you saying. That sale is Voetstoots I think it is spelt and people should get it vetted if they going to spend money on a horse. I think they only have to declare Wobblers, windsuckers, bleeders, roarers and sight problems. The sales company would not have released the change of ownership until the horse was paid for.
