Tired of Hollywoods incompetent staff!

It's unfair Pirates. You get a call and R100.

I just get an email & sms:D

Nog steeds baie goed....for 'n mickey mouse punter like me.

In all cases the staff had been working there for over a year!At magi thats exactly my point
i went to a branch to deposit money and they could not help me!i normaly do a EFT but my
monhtly budget was reached and i had cash winnings!I used to be a regular at branches
now i was reminded why I stay away!

For obvious reasons only a senior manager can deposit funds to an account,
otherwise there would be no control. As you were obviously there before
11 AM on a Sunday, do you not think you are a little unreasonable to throw
your toys out of the cot over ths one incident?

i have had few problems with HW but when I have they were sorted out promptly

Ive had much more then this one incident!!And that incident cost me R6000-00

Once I had a problem where i deposited R1100-00 into my acount and they put R11000-00!
That case it could have cost them money!it cost me 2 hours and 12 phone calls to rectify the problem!

you are clearly refering to internal procedures/policies at hollywood to which dboy has no control or responsibility.remember his the customer and has every right to be upset with poor service delivery!it does however seem that this might be an isolated case and hollywood will deal with it accordingly.

with regards,to you mentioning him throwing his toys out of his cot.remember that next time when you are upset with a poor service delivery incident.

I have a TAB account barely seldom use it but has been lucky in having no [problems yet!
I prefer fixed bets!
