Tired of Hollywoods incompetent staff!

This morning i went to hollywood to take a bet and deposit money in my account
only to be told they cant help me the person who can help me is not at work!

I have experienced it more then once at the PE branches!I also think hollywood is the best in that
they offer best prices and bet types in my opinion.What good is it to offer the best bets and the staff cant take the
bets!?

that only hapns when the person helping is new. Had 1 encounter but the lady told me that shes new prior 2 helping me.

Hollywood errors few and far between. Def organisation that tries the hardest.

I'm sure if you email them, they will fix problem.

The thread heading is sooooooooooooooooo misleading !! Hollywood head and shoulders above the rest in my opinion. DBOY, you obviously have internet, why not do the internet deposits... generally 10 minutes after a transfer it is in your account ! (tu)

hollywood are the best in the business by a country mile...what owen heffer has forgotten about customer service the drek management of phumelela and gold circus will never learn,,, they never stop surprizing me as on my birthday they phoned and wished me happy birthday and credited my account with 100 rand...its a fcuking crime that he isnt part of racing management but then again who would want to work with a bunch of clowns

They are different class. Dboy your experience is the exception to the rule. In my dealings with Hollywood and Winning form, as Pirates says their servce can on any normal day not be questioned. Pirates we may get lucky one day and Owen comes on board. Miracles can happen! As usual we looking on the bright side.
