Trainer To Follow

Im selecting David Nicholls.
After a lean couple of years due to illness in the yard and the illness of Nicholls himself,
the team have there string well forward this year and could be worth following in the early stages
of the flat UK season.
Newmarket gallops are desperate for rain, the ground is firm.A lot of strings are galloping
on the Cambridge Road Polytrack. It could pay to follow some northern yards in this dry spell.
Doncaster over watered at the weekend, times were akin to good/good-soft.Which was a
major dissapointment when i had backed Eton Forever at 14/1 for the Lincoln who likes
good/firm ground.
Nominate your trainer to follow UK or SA

Dave, you notice the BIG PRICES on the Nicholls horses over the weekend and yesterday as a well... The winner in the last @ Donnie and and the third place horse yesterday at Redcar....;)

I have always followed Sir Henry Cecil stable, nothing will change this season....:)

Cecil is brilliant, but I thought we were looking for someone who isn't quite in his highflyer league.:D

Nicholls is so hard for punters to get right imo, often entering 6/7 runners in big sprint hcps and winning with the rags..

GB,i always look at a stable that has had a lean year due to illness in the yard.
When they come right the majority will be well handicapped.
Also a lot of yards are more forward than others.
But the newmarket horses might be a week or 2 behind the northern trainers in fitness.
I will be monitoring the results this week

At one stage about 2 years ago I took advantage of Brian Smarts rich vein of form, caught a few decent bets with his runners...

Folkestone is racing on thursday.
Ground good/firm.
Low draw a major advantage in sprints.
If a northern trainer sends one down and is drawn low and acts on fast ground
it would be worth looking at.
