Race 1- Nautica. Only danger Inn On The Square, but see more natural improvement from Nautica to come home lonely.
Race 2- Palace Town looks very hard to beat. Look for Daddys Dollars to be there, last run on the sand was only 0.5l behind Palace Town.
Race 3- Very open race, slight preference for Memghar on that run behind Bownore who's fancied for the 4th.
Race 4- Open once again, but put a line through Boss Cat's last run, and he should be right there.
Race 5- Follow The Piper is the class horse in the field(maybe its just biased being friends with the connections) so that could be the upset horse at a nice price. Formation looks to short of a price here anddistance seems too sharp. Would be looking to add in Greylaami, Shattered Image, Raise the Bar in exotics, as most would banker the fav.
Race 6- Mr Tobin looks hard to beat. Emp Hen may be the danger on form, however Mr has grown to love the sand, and has certainly improved many lengths on that first run to EH. P6 banker, cover EH in JP.
Race 7- Tough race, I leave it to Ugly Betty and Sapphire Ring to fight it out with Twilight Elva a danger if she comes on from that first run on the sand, carrying postage stamp weight thanks to the appi, has shown good form with blinkers, good draw, be there.
Race 8- Field Race for me. One could put in 6 horses for the P6 that have sand form, but with claims on both Hlamba and Flight Zone, these have to be respected, so I'd be playing the field this leg.
