Empenoso Henn has had only 1 run on sand.........if he reproduces that run he has Mr Tobin held by >3lengths.
It is conceivable that he will come out of this race proving to be a 110+ on sand.

Very interesting race - when EH ran against Mr T last time, Mr T had an MR of 76 - now he is racing off a 111 - that's equavalent to 17.5 kg's improvement - EH is only 8 kg's better off with Mr T - so if Mr T is indeed a 111 he should still hold EH comfortably - races are not run on paper but my 'feeling' is that 2.5 kg's won't be enough for EH to beat MR T - we shall see tomorrow

That,Frodo,is the burning question ::o.......That race was the beginning of MrT's "new" career.........will EH progress equally on sand? The Argentinian breeding of both makes it possible......only the race will tell ,but I have to put both in!

(Although Mr T ran off 76 he ran to a 95 that day and EH to a 101,2nd run>lay off so it's a bit JA/NEE for me)

Its the kind of races that I love!

Distance is too short for Formation imo, Mr Tobin looks the right banker, with Nautica to open up the day on a profitable note
