I'll have another and bodemeister will be vying for favoritism if both make it to the track.
IMO Bode will bounce as high as the moon and if he doesn't he may just be the best racehorse in America by a common canter. He has run two HUGE races in the space of 5 weeks. He doesn't figure in my top 3.
I'll have another is a very serious race horse. He has a very similar profile (imo) to animal kingdom last year. He can rate off the pace or sit up handy. He is a big runner and probably one of my exacta horses.
Creative Cause is too soft imo. He cannot run between horses. He needs a perfect trip and with a full field of 14 he is not guaranteed to get that.
Went the Day well finished like a train in the Derby but that may also have been because bodemeister was stopping so fast after his ludicrous fractions. Still this horse has impressed me immensely. He keeps on running better and better and should have finished no worse than 2nd in the Derby.
Exacta boxed for me WTDW and I'll have another.
Wins/places/shows on Barry's guy.
Best of luck!

Wonder if any American 3yo`s have crossed the Atlantic for the Classics, can you imagine how much publicity Team Valor would get running the Preakness or Belmont winner in the Arc or the St Leger...

Ladbrokes are offering 9-1 on WTDW, whereas all the other firms are circa 5/6 to 1, thats a standout price I just can't resist!

There's a horse running today at Newbury, Thomas Chippendale, gave Went The Day Well a hiding before leaving for the US.

Tommy, does this horse Pretension have any sort of eachway chance?

The only chance he has is if they go a rediculous pace up front and he managed to close strongly for a place.
A word of caution. History shows that the favourites who come out of the Kentucky Derby do well in the Preakness. That would statistically mean that I'll have another, bodemeister, went the day well and creative cause should have the quartet to themselves.......
But if there is to be a fly in the ointment I believe your horse could be the one?
