Quite a few jocks have had injuries lately & I thought I might list the jocks I know who are on the " injury list "

Donavon Habib - knee injury, out for last 12 - 18 months I think. Back soon we are led to believe
Fannie Chambers - knee injury I believe
Figgy the Wizzard - lower back problem I think
MJ Odendaal - shoulder injury.... apparently hoping to come back May / June.. according to T.V. report
Nicci Welch - torn knee ligaments - work riding accident
Greg Cheyne - fell in race on Saturday.... due to ride in the Met on Saturday.. will he still be riding ?
Mel Pillay - fell in same race,SATURDAY just bruised I believe
Lucien Africa - HORRIFIC fall on Saturday.... he went over the railing in a race on SUNDAY.. knee injury I believe & God knows what else !

can the clan members add any other jocks names around the country who are currently injured ?

I spoke to Lucian on Facebook, the lad is in huge pain, broken ribs and a broken toe. Doug reckon a shoe of another horse may have come loose and hit his horse in the face and caused the horse to react.This is however not confirmed.

Another faller yesterday at the Vaal - Andrew Nienaber - last race.

Is this cause of the wet / soft tracks we having so many incidences ?

Luckily Andrew had no broken bones, just a moer of a head ache and sore jaw.

africa has a broken toe and stuffed ligaments...riding in 4 weeks..

in uk do they have so many injuries.
