Successful fortnight in racing = I've been Limited

The last two weeks in racing has been very fruitful to me. Im now in a situation where I've been limited at Hollywood where I cant win more than 10k of a horse and at Betxchange I cant place a bet of more than 2k on a runner. This means I have to phone in for my bet and me being at work makes things very difficult.To top it off one of my bets has still not been cleared from Friday at Hollywood and after numerous calls still no success in it getting cleared.

There has been a problem with bets pending on hollywood,been a couple of posts on the site,Naresh you for one know how good Hollywoods customer service is all you have to do is pick up the phone to them and they will explain everything to you..

naresh it is very clear in the rules of hollywood in that they lay 10000rand of a straight bet and 30 000rand of a double AND THATS TO ALL AND SUNDRY ...you pick the phone up and they will lay you more...they also have to have controls over their liability in a race and their limits are fair enough over internet betting...they are a pleasure to deal with

Yes I did phone them and they said they will sort it out from Friday but to no avail. Its been three days now. Lucky for me I still have money to Transfer back into my account. Yesterday I had to make a deposit. There customer service I wont deny is extremely good but to wait three days !!! BTW one of my ticket on the same race got cleared the other says its a winner but the funds wont get cleared.

As I stated that I've to phone in which makes things very difficult when Im at work. I've no qualms when Im outside of work.

Naresh who needs to know your betting history and the volumes you bet. To me Hollywood is the best and if they are experiencing an issue then be patient. Everything works both ways..

I've been patient from Friday. The betting history was to illustrate the problem that one ticket got cleared the other is pending and not to highlight my volume. Im a small player in terms of moneywise. I just been lucky in the last two weeks. If I really was frustrated I would not have deposited money to take a bet but rather made sure that my ticket got cleared. What if I had no funds, then what ?

Naresh if you want a decent strike on a horse, try WSB. They lay 50k of a straight bet and 50k per leg on multiples.

Pirates, the problem is some of us are still working men and cant just pick the phone. That is why we play on internet. What I do like about WSB is that they hve a chat so when you do have problem you can just open your chat and do not have to phone in. I have had my fair share of problems in the past with a lot of sites and I would say that WSB are better when it comes to sorting problems out. I am talking from my own self experience but I would not be putting out Hollywood as the best when it comes to sorting out problems.

That doesn't sound too good Naresh, u now have to resort to becoming a Debtors clerk and chase after monies which shud become available after " all clear " given. I'm sure nobody will tolerate this at a casino wud they.What with the cost of telephone calls, the time wasted and the aggravation of promises but no action, it can be frustrating and I hope by you posting the problem here somebody resolves it quickly.

wsb are terrible with the limits ycentaur, never do they give every body 50k.
