Has anyone had trouble withdrawing funds from sportsbet?I have put in a request to withdraw funds 10 days ago and
still no deposit.

All withdrawls should take between 1- 4 days according to their site,are you fica registered with them etc?

Yes all my fica is in place, have previously withdrawn from them but is has never ever taken so long

bet.co.za aint much better... since Thursday and the money is still in my account. keep getting told we will process it today

apparently a banking problem on Thursday and Friday, Yesterday apparently I was wrong with the way i withdrew the funds, by selecting bank transfer, which is the only option available...
I then had to send copys of my credit card used to deposit, which i did then re submit my withdraw... which was done at about 3pm... Guess what all the money is still in my betting account.
Same issue with FICA documents. sent twice now and more emails asking for confirmation of receipt.

closing this account when i actually get my money. chalk this up to bad experience... going back to Sportingbet at least i get my money back

They should all have a set time,5 days being the maximum you should wait.
Its normally 3 days in the UK,but ive had money back in 2 days with some firms.
Some bookies in the uk let you print off a voucher from your internet account and take it
to one of their shops and they pay you out in cash immediately.

Dave, the other South African bookies i have accounts with have always been a pleasure to withdraw from.
well explained withdraw procedures incl time to clear etc.

but i thought i would give these guys a bit of a go as their tennis betting options were rather good.

makes u wonder though...

Greg, you can lodge a complain with the Gambling board.

right... after a few more seemingly ignored emails i am now getting seriously irritated by this situation.
is betcoza a mickey mouse operation?
office only opens at 10am closes at 4pm telephone system says send an email which gets ignored.

so they phoned me to inform me the withdraw will be processed today... as it stands it has not. they called me at 12:30.
