All of the above save Taupo he owned in aprtnership with Ratner. He started off with all his horses with Alexander but that partnership fell apart like most partnerships in horse racing does.
Imperious Sue was with Alexander before moving to Payne to win the Met. I believe that was a planned move.....not sure though.
BC, I thought that MD was owned by Salzman, but perhaps MD was owned by Sturlese and Salzman had the other first timer, both trained by Payne. His drifted and the other one punted.......
Anyway. There were some rumours back in the day that he made Alexander go down to Cape Town for the season. The guy had one winner there, Mosszao breaking her maiden on Debut over 1400m.
