Curious, did anyone think the Drier horse won the race? interesting no photo finish was displayed on tellytrack!

I backed the Drier horse so I was hoping........lol
I used my own PVR to slow and/or freeze frame as best I could and I couldn't seperate and I thought it was going to be declared a dead heat........but without the photo,I won't argue with the result!

Never saw the race but looking at the photo with squinty eyes the horse in the pink looks the winner...?

For me, on seeing the photo finish on tv it was quite clear Mujaarib was a nostril hair or two ahead... was amazed commentator would not state the same... sorry!

and I stood cover losses on King Nep so no bias!

Tried to cut the pic and if the finishing line is straight in line with the camera then looks like the inside horse got it??

lol... if they'd given that as a dead-heat and I'd backed Mujaarib (blue-ish) then I would have gone looking for blood. The tv, to me, clearly showed that one won. I even made comment on the Clairwood thread that I thought the commentator was ridiculously poor for not making the call.

food for thought is.... what if the equipment on the finish line is not set up correctly? That is what has been mentioned!

a trick i get show a long time ago with the computerform photo is you turn the photo upside down to see the winner. the judge is correct here the right horse get the win
