The 2 yr old male crop looks abysmal if the Golden Horseshoe is anything to go by.Hopefully something crawls out the woodwork in the next few months,but that really is a poor race for a grade 1.

Honorine the only unbeaten horse in the race and it's a filly.Beat a MR 66 filly last time who couldn't run a place next time out.

Very disappointing race.

True JAP will have to limit our fun bets on the big day, probably only Ebony Flyer and Ilha Bela? To pay for the trip? No igugu this year, hope to catch u

I'm not coming,got no play in the July.Got no feel for it,very poor this year and could never back Jackson at this price.Just started looking at the card now.

Have to admit have no vibe this year but have gone for MDK and Delpech (had to back something) lol

The one horse on the card I'm really interested to see run is Rumya.She beat absolutely nothing when she won her maiden,but I think she will only come into her own over ground,so the pace she showed on debut was impressive.Just got a gut feeling this is a good one.

Rumya and Schiffer may cut each other's throats and leave the door open for someone else - Tayba (10/1).

Tayba races handy and from that draw will have to go up and drop right out of it. The pace scenario, in my mind, will suit a horse who can sit just off them and quicken.

Straight Set with Lloyd up will run well!

Point taken, however i don't think Tayba has the natural speed of either Rumya or Schiffer, so hopefully from a good draw she can track the speedsters and pounce when it matters. All Is Secret put up a good gallop today but will have to contend with a very wide draw on the day.
