I opened a Hollywood account this week, mistake, their call centre service absolute crap, two people promised to call back and never did, in the end I called requesting some sort of management and their Ops Manager called me back. The whole ordeal began at about 10.00am and was rectified at about 3.45pm, that'll be my last deposit with them.

I always received a Birthday Bonus for the last few yrs. I guess because my deposits were always large ones and I hardly ever won. Ever since my kids arrived this year I deposit every now and again and small deposits and this year received no birthday bonus. Regardless of how good service is, they are bookies and only reward the big players.

Same problem here, come on Hollywood !!!!

I hate always complaining about the same thing over and over...but how much longer must we wait for the July to go clear on your side...cmon Hollywood...its 1.5 hours since the race was run...you clearly have a problem which needs addressing!!!!!
