just to advise anyone who is betting with Hollywood i made an error on my bets and was told when i phoned to cancel that i was not allowed to. so be careful if you are beeting into Hollywood at the moment.

it was an error on the tote bet but the call centre were adamant that no canellations were allowed because the prices had changed i dont know how it affects the bet but anyway so i was just warning clanners

I have on more than one occassion had to phone to cancel a bet, and has always happened... but I was always VERY quick... a minute or two when I realised I had added a zero ....

Also Hollywood is strange sometimes.. When i didnt play as frequent with them i should always get a Birthday Bonus and phone call. This year when i am playing more with them, they didn't even call me.. (td)

has also found in the past that staff wasn't to helpful, still waiting for them to call me back on my last query.

Boo Hoo i never got something for nothing ,very strange (
)
ps someone phoned me the other day and had a bet at early prices,then phoned up and cancelled saying he had taken the wrong horse by mistake.(the horse doubled in price)
10 minutes later the same bar phoned up with an identical bet at the new odds and i obv told them i was full up..

As normal Hollywood regard the customer as King and you will be contacted soon just check your mail July mad and Monty or PM me your cell numbers to attempt to resolve

Well don Hollywood! Normal excellent service form Hollywood!
Sure they make mistakes, but they very quick to help out and assist when they are made aware of them!
For those on twitter, you can send them a tweet about anything and they normally respond very quickly!

ABC ... Well done.. just got an e-mail from Hollywood telling me they will rectify the mistake and they apologized. i realize why i bet with hollywood and its never too late to rectify anything. Thank you hollywood.. Thank you ABC...(tu)

ABC and Hollywood (DAVID HEFFER ) thanks , i was frustrated with the service i recieved from the call centre staff at the time i posted however as you stated i got an e mail and my query was sorted out.
