Muhti - to be fair, if you look at the Italian-English translation for Pomodoro it IS tomato.

However, I have it directly from the connections that the intention was the connection to the dam, hence the Latin / French derivative.

So I guess both are technically correct

Pasta al Pomodoro not Grant Van Niekerk's fav dish even tho he know doubt wishes he could have got Pasta el Pomodoro

Napoletana. Simple. Tomotoes based. No fancy prank, like the winner. A hard worker , a hearty winner. No bull dust.
