Why is it that this race is cancelled in SA, has the tote managed to stuff it up again....??

Yes field applies...

Thieving b@st@rds, they showed all of horses 6-16 scratched but that is not the case.... Another nail in totes coffin.... They really cannot run a decent operation that lot...
