It suits both sides (black and white elitists) to keep the majority under a yoke with the carrot and stick policy and bogeyman ('tokoloshe', DA, Cope or any other opposition)!

You clearly a man who does not know what he is talking about...just to illustrate...nobody in SA pays 40% tax...for 2012 it is 40% after you have earned R580K...before R580k its 29%...so its imposible to get to 40% effective.
