As a punter all I would like to see is the live canter past even if it is a split screen the race and the post race interview even if it is recorded 3 simple things if only the brains trust at tellytrack would do that.

Plenty of my owners have told me they will just not have a bet if they do not see the canter past. Very important part of deciding on your bet.

And in KZN the stewards in the parade ring seem to make no effort to get the horses into the correct order to canter down. It's understandable that sometimes excitable horses go out of order, but they really should make more of an effort to get the rest in order. The other centres seem to do it quite well...

In the UK THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN in favour of over sees racing, infact as soon as the uk racing starts oversees racing gets hit on the heid... I have even seen SA racing bumped for French racing :(

I'm working in the shop today and have just hung up todays sheets, todays South African racing is on the back of tonights Haydock park card, and my punters would hang me if i displayed the SA racing instead of tonights meeting..

Tellytrack need to get their priorities in place....

I fully understand and agree with all of the above Clan members. With so much racing shown these days especially the overseas racing, our local racing is deprived of punters seeing the canter past and horses in the parade, etc. We cannot even see and hear the winning interviews from the connections concerned. Maybe it is high time Telly track try to do some research and look at another channel, allowing our local racing to be given full coverage of every race in depth so that the avid couch punter can either sit at home or be t the Tatts or bar and enjoy the full days racing. How you guys feel about this. Your comments will definitley open a new view to this topic as well.
