??? i cannot understand this. what else should happen. clearly without the shifting of the "winner" the second would have won.
when at least do they disqualify? when jockey beats the other horse with his whip? i know that for south african racing this is normal. i think it ist absolutely wrong dicision.

Saldiani, chill bud, the better horse won and to my mind as there was no actual contact the result should stand, irrespective of rules etc. If you compare that one to Stunning Guy (I think that was the horse yesterday or the day before) which got completely mullered and the result stood then this result definitely had to stand. Now find me the winner of the 2nd and all will be well again -D
