The "data" technically belongs to the "sport" You might find that Sky (as part of the overall agreement with fifa) also have the rights to the data.

There is NO QUESTION that if formgrids had been "invented" by

or anyone related to them it would be afforded the time and respect it deserves.

the burning fact though is that alot of punters in SA dont have internet.

As for them "providing " the data, let me tell you something recently Phumelela started offering the Soccer 13.

I know a few puntyers in the UK that would LOVE to play that bet, BUT they are "electroninc" players, they have bots that place 1000's of bets in seconds. The reason they DONT play the soccer 13 (highly lucrative pools) ois because phumelela/gold circle and ANYONE else dont offer an API

An api will allow formgrids or anyone else to either input data or scrape data in uts RAW formatt but converted from its own format into the operators format.

This is why BETFAIR are so so so succesful, they allow developers to log into their servers via an API, thats why the BIGGEST players in the betting world do so on betfair (and other sites) but do it on THEIR OWN HOME PAGE.

This is what David is after, THE RAW DATA, for free , in a o0's and 1's formatt so that he can convert it to his amazing product

sorry i rambled on a bit, they WONT/DONT even allow serious punters into their server (via api) punters that would ENHANCE their bottom line immediately, what chance has david got?
