Titch very difficult to find white South Africans admitting that they voted for the NP now and in years to come i'm sure you'll find very few Zims saying they voted for Mugabe -

They find themselves very much in the same position that we did years back ..just not bothering to vote as year in and year out the result is inevitable ...
Give everything but up!

Mr H perhaps you should stick to talking about something you actually know something about. Not sure what that might be but it is definitely not anything to do with Zimbabwe.,

I am a big fan of Zim racing.Their good horses run to their merit ratings consistently and the whole race itself is always exciting as you normally have a pacemaker in races around the turn and don't have those wall of horses charging up the straight all over the place.

A few names come to mind from yester-year.Chichester and Merciless Sun.
The Durban horse Sun Tonic from AD Furness yard did very well at stud in Zim.
Mr.H there are a lot of experts out there who have been there, done that in connection with Zim racing so let's hope we can hear from them from a different angle as it is quite apparent that S.A.is a big helping hand but Zim has always been good racing and there are lots of stories to be told and heard, now if only Magic Lips was not handicapped after being gelded!
Borrowdale Park is a most beautiful racecourse from the pics on the website and sad that they lost Ascot years ago.

My hawaii, why the fixation on Zim racing?
You're hopping from forum to forum, mentioning Zim racing at every opportunity, yet saying absolutely nothing of value, relevance or accuracy about it.
You have heard it confirmed time and again in several posts on this site, yet seem unwilling to accept it: Zim racing has been included in SA's racing stats for decades now.
Live with it or do something more constructive to change it.

Mr hawaii
It's the start of the 2012/2013 racing season. Are you sure you don't want to pre-emptively raise your ongoing debate about the Zim issue now??
It's getting a bit tedious that it is only ever raised towards the end of the season. So why not raise it now so that we have another full 12 months to debate the very same point again?
Looking forward to some good outcomes to this topic.
