Funnily enough I had my TV on with no particular intent to watch tonight, but pr!cked the ears on the basic idea to eventually have all race meetings utilising one pool, regardless of how many countries participate............ does sound like a good idea in theory.............with all the rules being universal.
I do like the idea of the NHA would have to regulate to an international set of rules and stand up to universal scrutiny.
The mind boggles at the marketing and branding of horseracing,as a whole industry,on an international basis.

Hats off to Laff as well, for picking up on the universal takeout bit (I am still convinced that special fees or commissions are paid to those who broker our co-mingling from other countries-other than fraud, nothing else makes sense.)

The overall theory is good if it is secure and honest and transparent.I know that sounds cynical but I am suspicious of parties that enforce confidentiality agreements on issues which should be transparent.

(Didn't realise that "pr!cked ears" was an unacceptable expression.....lol)
