Fed up with fatigue...

As a first time dad, the late nights of looking after baby mean fatigue becomes a part of life. The other day I fell asleep just 15 minutes after drinking a large can of redbull! I was just wondering what are the clansmen's favorite remedies for weariness?

My problem is that the kids come home at 3.00 in the morning when they stay over and I have to get up and start drinking again :)-D

Try taking care of twins who wake 10 min's apart every night, 2hrs for the 1st 3 months. I once fell off to sleep feeding my baby girl and sprayed her whole face with milk at 3.00 in the morning. It passes after 4 months. Mines are 8 months now and sleep from 8:00PM to 6:00AM.
